Adding and Editing Products
How to add, edit, and organize your rental inventory in GetPartyOps.
Adding a New Item
Go to Inventory > Add New. Enter the item name, description, pricing, photos, and availability rules. Each item can have multiple variations (sizes, themes).
Categories
Organize items into categories like "Bounce Houses," "Water Slides," "Obstacle Courses," and "Combo Units." Categories appear on your booking page for easy browsing.
Pricing Rules
Set daily rental rates, weekend pricing, and multi-day discounts. You can also add delivery fees based on distance or zone.
Availability Settings
Define when each item is available — seasonal schedules, blackout dates, and maintenance windows. Items unavailable during maintenance are automatically hidden from booking.
Retiring Equipment
When an item reaches end-of-life, retire it from active inventory. Past bookings with the item remain intact for reporting purposes.
