How to manage leads, follow up with prospects, and convert inquiries into bookings.

Lead Capture

Leads come from multiple sources: your website contact form, booking page inquiries, phone calls logged manually, and imported lists. All leads appear in your CRM pipeline.

Pipeline Stages

Default stages: New Lead → Contacted → Qualified → Proposal Sent → Won/Lost. Customize stages to match your sales process in Settings.

Follow-Up Reminders

Set follow-up reminders on any lead. GetPartyOps sends you notifications when it's time to follow up, so no lead falls through the cracks.

Converting to Booking

When a lead is ready to book, convert them directly from the CRM. Their contact information pre-fills the booking form, saving time and reducing errors.
