Preventing Double Bookings
How GetPartyOps prevents double bookings and manages inventory conflicts automatically.
Automatic Conflict Detection
GetPartyOps checks real-time inventory availability before confirming any booking. If an item is already booked for the requested date, it won't appear as available.
Buffer Time Protection
Buffer times create gaps between bookings to prevent scheduling conflicts. Configure default buffers per item or globally in Settings.
Maintenance Blocks
Items marked for maintenance are automatically blocked from booking. Schedule maintenance windows and they'll appear as unavailable to customers.
Manual Overrides
Need to override? Admin users can force-book an item with a conflict warning. The system logs all overrides for accountability.
