Using the Calendar
How to use the GetPartyOps calendar view to manage bookings, availability, and scheduling.
Calendar Views
Switch between day, week, and month views. Click any date to see all bookings, deliveries, and pickups scheduled for that day.
Color Coding
Bookings are color-coded by status: yellow for pending, green for confirmed, blue for in progress, and gray for completed. Delivery routes appear in orange.
Drag and Drop
Need to reschedule? Drag a booking to a new date. GetPartyOps automatically checks availability and notifies the customer of the change.
Filtering
Filter by item, customer, status, or delivery zone to quickly find what you're looking for. Save filter presets for your most common views.
