Onboarding Walkthrough

Complete walkthrough of the GetPartyOps onboarding process from sign-up to your first booking.

Welcome to GetPartyOps

After creating your account, you'll be guided through our onboarding wizard. This takes most operators 15-30 minutes to complete.

Step 1: Business Details

Enter your business name, address, phone number, and operating hours. This information appears on your booking page and in customer communications.

Step 2: Service Areas

Define your delivery zones with zip codes or radius from your base. Set delivery fees per zone. GetPartyOps uses these for automatic delivery fee calculation during booking.

Step 3: Add Inventory

Add your bounce houses, water slides, and other rental items. Include photos, descriptions, pricing, and availability rules. You can add items manually or import via CSV.

Step 4: Payment Setup

Connect your Stripe account to accept online payments. Set your deposit requirements and cancellation policies.

Step 5: Launch

Preview your booking page, test a booking flow, and go live. Share your booking link with customers or embed it on your existing website.
